He deals with civil law with particular regard to: successions, contracts, rights in rem, protection of incapable persons, leases and condominiums, company law, labour law, tourism law, commercial law and consumer law, communicating with colleagues and customers also in English.

He has held, as a result of appointments of part or judicial, the office of Sole Arbiter or member of Arbitration Panels in Arbitrations relating to company, successions, commercial and civil law.

Since 2007 he has held the office of Curator and Liquidator of inheritances, appointed by the Court of Treviso.

Lecturer in training courses on civil law and tourism law. Author of case notes and articles on tourism law, lease law and tax law, published in “Giurisprudenza di Merito”, “Altalex.it” and “Diritto.it” magazines.
